The brief
Make the festival feel like it moves before the first beat drops. The titles had to work on a phone screen and on a 12-metre LED wall.
What I made
A 48-second title sequence built from long-exposure light trails, plus a pack of 20 loops the VJs could mix live.
Everything was animated at 25 fps with a hand-tuned motion blur, so it reads as light rather than graphics.
